Our latest Bill of Quantities / Bill of Materials module is now available as an add-on for ArchX! This powerful extension enables seamless integration of bills of quantities into a detailed specification document.
Depending on the region, various item lists or libraries can be imported, such as CCTB in Wallonia and VHM for Flanders. The bill of quantities is processed automatically in a one-to-one accurate format, ensuring an efficient and error-free specification document.
Smart Contract Linking
Bills of quantities can optionally be linked directly to the contract. Any changes in the bill of quantities or cost adjustments are automatically reflected in the contract. This gives you an up-to-date overview at all times, helping you ensure profitability and budget control.
