All the data you store in ArchX Cloud is in a multi-tenant database. This database is on redundant infrastructure in one of the Amazon AWS data centers and is replicated up to three times across other global data centers.

ArchX Cloud complies with the most stringent standards, including European GDPR legislation.
ArchX will only use your customer data to provide the agreed services and for purposes that are compatible with providing these services. We don't share your information, nor do we collect it for marketing or advertising purposes.
When you terminate the service, we will take the necessary steps to ensure that you remain the owner of your data.

In our Product Terms, ArchX contractually commits to go through specific procedures when a customer terminates a cloud service or when the subscription expires. This includes removing customer data from systems that are managed by us.
When you terminate a cloud subscription or when it expires (excluding free trials), ArchX stores your customer information under a feature-limited account for 90 days (the “retention period”) to give you time to retrieve the data or renew your subscription. During this period, ArchX will send you multiple notifications, so you will be warned multiple times that your data will be deleted after this period.
After this 90-day retention period, ArchX will disable the account and delete customer data, including backups and cached copies.
When customer data is hosted in ArchX's multi-tenant cloud service environments, we take careful measures to logically separate customer data. This helps to prevent one customer's data from ending up with another customer's. This also prevents one customer from having access to another customer's deleted data.
