1. Bulk Selection & Download – Now Available!

💾 Streamline Your Workflow: You can now select multiple documents (up to 10 at a time) and download them in one go! This feature is designed to save you time and streamline your workflow.

2. New Functionality: Phase Exclusion in Document Creation

📑 Greater Control Over Your Documents: Now choose which phases to exclude in document creation. This flexibility ensures that only relevant information appears in your generated tables.

3. Important Notice: Update on VAT Settings

⚠️ Action Required: Due to a recent update, the automatic setting of 21% VAT may have led to invoicing errors for some users. We have removed this setting. Please review and adjust your VAT rates if necessary in: Settings -> Invoicing -> VAT Rates.

VAT 0%: tax exemption reasons

VAT rates are now in a fixed list (settings > invoicing) and 0% can have a tax exemption reason.
UBL for invoices INFrom now on, when entering IN invoices, ArchX can create a UBL that automatically creates your invoice in your accounting software.
Planning save buttonThe logic related to planning adjustments has changed, the system no longer automatically saves modifications allowing you to temporarly play around with your planning.
Pinned project custom fieldsYou can set custom fields as default, they will always be visible.
Settings menu updateSome settings have been reordered.

Tariff modification for time registrations

For sending invoices, you can now adjust your rate for time entries out of contract.
Export project time entriesExporting project’s time entries with totals (dashboard).
Invoicing: contact titleThe contact title is added to the invcoice contact (+ keyword).
Month report totalTotal column has been added.
Proforma template on creationSelect temlate on invoice creation.
Contract cost invoicing filterFilter WPH to see if invoiced or not.
Document creation phasesPhase lines and total update.
