If you have used a web-based email service such as Outlook, Hotmail, or Yahoo! Mail, then you have already used some form of SaaS. These services require you to sign in to your account using a web browser on the Internet.
SaaS offers a complete software solution that you pay per use. You rent the application for your organization to use, and your users connect to it over the Internet, usually through a web browser. All underlying infrastructure, middleware, application software, and data reside in the service provider's data center. The service provider manages the hardware and software, and with the appropriate service agreement, the service provider ensures that the application and data are available and secure. With SaaS, your organization can quickly get started with an application, at minimal upfront costs.

Security is a basic principle of ArchX Cloud. Take advantage of multi-layered security (Multi Factor Authentication) provided in physical data centers, in infrastructure and in operations. Your data, for your experiences, controlled by you. Our most important privacy principle is that your data is your property. We will never use it for marketing or advertising purposes. You can trust where your data is stored and secured. ArchX Cloud is developed on Amazon AWS. All the data you store in ArchX Cloud is contained in a multi-tenant database. This database resides on redundant infrastructure in one of the Amazon AWS data centers and is replicated up to three times across other global data centers. This way we are always sure that your data cannot be lost. In addition, we take daily backups of all data.
ArchX Cloud works on all platforms including Windows, Mac and Linux. Since ArchX Cloud works via a web browser, even older iMacs and Macbooks are supported.

Yes, ArchX Cloud can be used on any device, PC, smartphone, tablet or laptop via a standard web browser. Platform independent, via 4G, 5G, Wifi or fixed internet connection
ArchX Cloud meets the most stringent standards, including European GDPR legislation. ArchX will only use your customer data to provide the agreed services and for purposes compatible with the provision of those services. We do not share your information, nor do we collect your information for marketing or advertising purposes. When you terminate the service, we will take the necessary steps to ensure that you retain ownership of your data.

In our Product Terms, ArchX is contractually committed to going through specific procedures when a customer terminates a cloud service or when the subscription expires. This includes removing customer data from systems controlled by us.
When you terminate or expire a cloud subscription (excluding free trials), ArchX will store your customer data for 90 days (the "retention period") under a feature-limited account to give you time to retrieve the data or to renew subscription. During this period ArchX will send you multiple notifications, so that you will be warned several times that your data will be deleted after this period.
After this 90-day retention period, ArchX will disable the account and delete customer data, including backups and cached copies.
When customer data is hosted in ArchX's multi-tenant environments of cloud services, we take careful steps to logically separate customer data. This helps to prevent one customer's data from ending up with another customer. This also prevents one customer from accessing another customer's deleted data.
If you are an existing ArchX Classic customer or if you use another software solution, we will guide you through this process in three steps.
First of all, we audit the quality and structure of your data and processes. We advise and adjust where necessary.
Once the data and processes are ready, we transfer them to your own secure environment in our cloud.
We then coach you in the new way of working, to optimally use ArchX Cloud as a foundation in the management of your office.
